We have a number of students who have come into the program without a bachelor's degree that have gone on to find excellent jobs after Fullstack. In addition to helping students connect with potential employers, we also help with other career services. These resources are meant to guide graduates through a successful job search using tools like resume reviews, ongoing technical interview practice, and career coaching.
Sure, some employers look for (or even require) a bachelor's degree- however, in the tech world there are many great programmers who are self-taught or learned their skills in non-traditional learning environments like Fullstack. I think you would find that the strength of your knowledge and your ability to pass technical and in-person interviews after you graduate from our rigorous program would be important to employers when evaluating you as an applicant.
